Old habits and beliefs which have served us beautifully in the past can actually get in our way as circumstances change. They can make it difficult to discern what is really working for us now and what else might be possible in our lives.
My work is about helping clients create practical and meaningful change in their lives, by getting a clearer sense of what is working for them (and what isn’t), identifying what is within their power to change (and what isn’t), and trying new ways of being/doing to figure out what works better (and what doesn’t). By focusing on process and ongoing patterns, I can help you get at the root of where you are getting stuck and build the awareness needed to experience more connection, vitality, and authenticity in your life.

Building a sense of trust is fundamental to my work as a therapist. I respect that each person has their own ways of seeing things, their own preferences, wants, and needs. I am open with clients about my approach and the motivations behind what I say or do.

I identify as white, straight, cis, able-bodied, and am originally from the Pacific Northwest. One of the things I am passionate about is supporting other white-bodied folks as they work through the discomfort and challenges that arise around issues of racial identity and privilege. I offer a limited number of reduced fee options for folks who need it, with priority given to those who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+.
